Resolution No. 2024-02

A Resolution of the Town of Orchid, Florida, in accordance with Section 200.065, Florida statutes providing for the adoption of the Town's proposed millage rate for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2024 and ending September 30, 2025; establishing a public hearing date, time, and place to consider the tentative millage rate and the tentative budget; authorizing the Town Manager to calculate the rolled-back rate and authorizing the Town Manager to transmit the information set forth in this resolution to the Indian River County Property Appraiser within 35 days of receiving the certification of values from the Property Appraiser; providing for severability, repeal of prior inconsistent resolutions, and an effective date.
