Resolution No. 2023-06

A Resolution of the Town of Orchid, Indian River County, Florida, in support of the passage of a local bill (special law) by the Florida Legislature during the 2024 legislative session (regular or special) authorizing public meetings of the Town of Orchid to be held within 5 miles of its exterior jurisdictional boundaries; providing for legislative findings, expression of support; repeal of conflicting provisions, severability and an effective date.
