A Resolution of the Town of Orchid, Indian River County, Florida, granting site plan approval pursuant to Chapter 78 of the Land Development Regulations for expansion of the fitness/ sporting facilities of the Orchid Island Golf & Beach Club at 2 Orchid Island Drive, including the property located at 2500 93rd Street; providing for legislative findings, approval of site plan subject to conditions; repeal of conflicting provisions, severability and an effective date.
