An Ordinance of the Town of Orchid, Indian River County, Florida, amending the goals, objectives and policies of the Infrastructure Element, Conservation Element, and Intergovernmental Coordination Element, and the Coastal High Hazard Area Map of the Town of Orchid’s Comprehensive Plan; providing for transmittal to the reviewing agencies pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes; providing for ratification, authority, Comprehensive Plan text amendment, transmittal phase, adoption phase, transmittal of draft plan amendments and final adoption documents, codification, severability, conflict, and an effective date.
