Ordinance No. 2021-11

An Ordinance of the Town of Orchid, Indian River County, Florida, amending the goals, objectives and policies of the Future Land Use Element, Transportation Element, Infrastructure Element, Coastal High Hazard Area Element, Conservation Element, Recreation and Open Space Element, Intergovernmental Coordination Element, and Capital Improvements Element, and the Maps/Plans of the Town of Orchid’s Comprehensive Plan, and adding the Private Property Rights Element to the Town of Orchid’s Orchid Comprehensive Plan; providing for transmittal to the reviewing agencies pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes; providing for ratification, authority, comprehensive plan text amendment, transmittal phase, adoption phase, transmittal of draft plan amendments and final adoption documents, codification, severability, conflict, and an effective date.
