Permit Extension Request Form

Please use this form to request a 90-day extension of your permit. Fields with a * (star) are required. The Building Clerk will notify the Building Official of your request for his/her approval. It is recommended that requests are made at least 14 days prior to the permit's expiration, which occurs 180 days after the permit's approval or approval of a revision to an approved permit, or 180 days from the date of the last approved inspection, whichever is later. Merely scheduling an inspection is not enough to prove active progress!
