Description
A Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Orchid, Indian River County, Florida, authorizing the Town’s participation in the short-term asset reserve (FL Star), an intergovernmental investment pool, for the purpose of investing the Town’s surplus funds; authorizing the Mayor and Town Manager to execute necessary documents for the enrollment of the Town and/or establishing of an account and to act as authorized representatives; providing required information for the establishment of an account with FL Star; and providing for designation of Councilmember for the coordination of funding and withdrawing from FL Star, severability, repeal of prior inconsistent resolutions, and an effective date.
