A Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Orchid, Indian River County, Florida, authorizing the Town’s investment in obligations of the U.S. Treasure and establishment of a brokerage account with Truist Investment Services, Inc. for the purpose of purchasing and selling U.S. Treasuries on the secondary market; designating the Mayor and Town Manager as authorized representatives; authorizing the gathering of required information for the establishment of an account; providing for the designation of a Councilmember for the direction of investments in U.S. Treasuries; and providing for severability, repeal of prior inconsistent resolutions, and an effective date.
