A Resolution of the Town of Orchid, Florida, pursuant to Section 553.791, Florida Statutes, pertaining to owners and contractors who use a private provider for building code inspection services, plan review, or both, and make payment directly to the private provider for the provision of such services; providing for incorporation of legislative findings, utilization of a private provider for building code inspection services and reduction of building permit fee, severability, conflict, and an effective date.
