Description
Updates the Town’s building permit fee schedule in response to changes in Florida law governing how building inspection fees may be calculated. The revised schedule separates inspection costs from portions of the permit fee associated with plan review and administration, establishes a flat fee for individual inspections, and retains other provisions addressing minimum and maximum fees, reimbursements and special inspection services.
