Description
Revises the Town Council’s regular annual meeting schedule so that regular meetings are not scheduled in June, July, August or October, reflecting the seasonal nature of the Orchid community and the availability of Councilmembers and residents during those months. The change does not prevent the Town from calling special meetings when Town business requires action, and the Council continues to meet in September for the annual millage and budget process.
