Recent Ordinances

The Town's Code of Ordinances is accessible through Municode online  HERE. There is a search feature at the top of the page, which you can use to find key words in the Code. To the right side you'll be able to navigate to specific sections within the Code. It is possible to print, share a link to, download into Word and email sections of the Code directly from the Municode website.

Encoding of new ordinances is done once annually. Below are the titles of ordinances that have not yet been included in the Code of Ordinances for the Town. For each ordinance listed, information has been posted regarding its status, whether adopted, shelved, or in progress. To view an adopted ordinance in full, please click on its number given in blue.

The Town Council passes ordinances at public meetings. Anyone is welcome to be heard in regard to a proposed ordinance. To view information about upcoming meetings, please check the Bulletin Board, Home Page or Agenda & Minutes pages on this site.
