Letters to Residents
Regularly the Town Clerk's office will send all Orchid residents information via email. These letters pertain to a variety of pertinent topics and aim to keep residents abreast of news that relates to the Town. The distribution list that is used for these emails is provided to the Town Clerk by the Community Association on a regular basis to ensure that it is up-to-date. The list includes both members and non-members of the Club.
However, since emails sometimes can get stuck in filters or SPAM folders, a newly created archive of all recent letters sent out to residents is provided below. *Under Florida law, email addresses are public records. If you do not wish your email address to be released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to the Town Administration or its officials. Instead, contact this office by phone or letter.
