WORK REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
REGISTRATIONS & RENEWALS FOR FY 10-11 WHICH BEGINS OCTOBER 1, 2010 and runs through September 30, 2011
THESE REQUIREMENTS APPLY TO LOCALLY CERTIFIED BUILDING INDUSTRY CONTRACTORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS AND OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS. THEY DO NOT APPLY TO STATE-CERTIFIED BUILDING INDUSTRY CONTRACTORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS.
CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY CONTRACTORS and SUBCONTRACTORS and OTHER NON-CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY SERVICE PROVIDERS NOT CERTIFIED UNDER CHAPTER 489, FLORIDA STATUTES, are required by the Town of Orchid to obtain an annual REGISTRATION prior to engaging in contracting services within the Town.
ALL required documents and payment must accompany the application (or be received prior to application) in order to receive a work registration certificate.
It is up to you to keep your documents current. Access Control will be notified of expired documents and may choose to deny you access into Orchid.
*VEHICLE DECALS ARE NOT ISSUED BY THE TOWN OF ORCHID*
Please be advised that while the Town Of Orchid, Community Association and Architectural Review Committee all work for the common good of the Property Owners/Residents, each is a separate entity and act as such.
The fee to register with the Town of Orchid is in no way associated with the fees that the Community Association Access Control Division charges for vehicle stickers. The Town of Orchid has no authority to override those fees.
