Agendas and Minutes

The Town Council meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 9:00 AM (effective 3/20/06) in the Beach Club or Golf Club dining room (depending on availability). Special meetings are also scheduled as required. The tentative agenda for each regular Town Council meeting will be published and available on this page on Friday before each meeting. One day after each meeting, a summary of actions taken by the council is published and available on this page. Minutes of each meeting are published after they are approved by the council at the following monthly meeting. Agendas, actions and minutes are available on this page for the previous twelve regular monthly meetings.

To allow the members of the Town Council and Town Hall Staff time to review information, the deadline for submitting items and backup for inclusion on the agenda is 10 working days prior to regular Town Council meetings.
